Information Security Policy
T.M.T. International Co., Ltd. places the highest priority on building relationships of trust with our customers and aims to provide the best possible service. We recognize that it is essential to implement appropriate security measures for information assets and protect information from loss, theft, and unauthorized use. This requires not only physical and technical security measures, but also that all employees have a high level of security awareness and put it into practice.
We have established the following basic information security policy, which will serve as a guide to appropriately protect the information assets under our management in accordance with business and legal regulations. All employees are required to understand and comply with this policy.
Definition of Information SecurityWe define information security as aiming to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
Scope Covers all information related to business activities under our control.
Appointment of Manager and Obligations We will promote the Information Security Management System (ISMS) throughout the company.
Identifying risks and taking appropriate measures according to the methods defined in the information security management manual. Setting information security objectives to reduce risks to an acceptable level or below.
Employee Obligations All employees must act in accordance with the Information Security Policy, Information Security Manual, and Procedures. Appropriate penalties may be applied in the event of a violation.
Our goal is to maximize business opportunities, minimize business losses, and ensure business continuity.
